"SERVICE REVIEW" THE APPOINTMENT THAT I SCHEDULED WAS LOST AND CANDICE DID MAKE THE EFFORT TO FIT ME IN TO THE SCHEDULE. THE WAIT WAS NOT LONG.

"Chris Tyson" I have been a customer for many years, since 1992. A majority of my experiences with the local dealer have been excellent (5). The few exceptions have been in the sales department. The service team, particularly Chris Tyson tips the rating scale for the dealership. During a recent appointment that I scheduled incorrectly (I arrived a day early) Chris and his team were very accommodating. Clearly a very busy morning. Great service, counseling and quick turnaround.
"Wonderful experience at Infiniti of the Palm Beaches" I was in and out for my oil change before I knew it - Bill even changed the battery in my key fob! Now that's great service!
"Very accommodating." The waiting room has coffee and fiber one bars that help with the 2 hour wait 😊. The woman outside in the service area is very friendly and helpful.
"Great service always professional " Danny and the Infiniti team got the service done on time, as scheduled, and complete it. The customer lounge is very comfortable. Service at this Infiniti is always done well.
"Very Nice Service" My service person was Candice and she was super nice! She told me that she would do her best to get me in & out in an hour, and she did. The service area lounge was very nice. The only complaint I have is they had CNN on the TV and the room was full of very vocal men. I am all for the 1st amendment however in these times with the country so divided it might not be a good idea to put on the news channel.
