"Extraordinary Service" My Infiniti of the Palm Beaches service adviser, Bill Di Edwardo, delivers truly outstanding service. A former master mechanic, Bill knows his stuff and obviously genuinely cares about his customers. Bill is by far, the best service adviser I've had in 45 years of driving.
"Chris was great again and had me out of their in less than45" It was a great experience again working with Chris. He had me out in less than 45 minutes. Everything I asked was completed with a smile on his face.
"great service department" I am always very pleased with the servicing of my M35, they are very efficient and the wait in the customer lounge is comfortable and makes the wait for the job to be done very easy
"They do it right!" The service is the best. They are quick, efficient, courteous, and accommodating. Not to mention the care they give your car. I've been having my car serviced at Infiniti of palm beach for five years and with regularly going in for routine maintenance have had absolutely no trouble with my car. "Emergency car service" My 6mth old Q50 picked up a screw in the front left tire. I drove in at 12:30 pm and asked for help. Chris took control and immediately not only took care of the tire but gave me my 6mth service which was due. I was done in only 1.5 hours with no appointment just before a holiday weekend. I have utilized the Mercedes, and the Porsche and the Lexus service departments over the years and none met the high standards achieved by Chris and the service department of Infiniti of the Palm Beaches. "Great friendly service " Danny in the service department is like going to see a friend rather than dealing with a service provider at a dealership. I know he will always be honest and get me a good deal on what needs to be done to my vehicle.
"Standard service" Was efficient, quick and generally a very nice experience. Clean waiting area with good coffee, etc. was kept informed by Raymond through the process and was in and out fast.
"True pro" Exceptional service by Brian Rock. The quality of the vehicles are top notch, but what really built customer loyalty is the level of service only people who care can deliver.
"Great advisor" Bill is the best, so humble and kind. A pleasure to work with!!! He explained in detail the service and the recall that would be completed on my car. He kept me up to date as things moved along.
