"Best service ever with Bill" Bought another Infiniti because car is great and bill is wonderful in taking care of my car always Bill was also instrumental in recommending max in sales Thrilled with my car and now my daughter bought Infiniti in Texas too
"Chris Tyson" I have been a customer for many years, since 1992. A majority of my experiences with the local dealer have been excellent (5). The few exceptions have been in the sales department. The service team, particularly Chris Tyson tips the rating scale for the dealership. During a recent appointment that I scheduled incorrectly (I arrived a day early) Chris and his team were very accommodating. Clearly a very busy morning. Great service, counseling and quick turnaround.
"Wonderful experience at Infiniti of the Palm Beaches" I was in and out for my oil change before I knew it - Bill even changed the battery in my key fob! Now that's great service!
"Very accommodating." The waiting room has coffee and fiber one bars that help with the 2 hour wait 😊. The woman outside in the service area is very friendly and helpful.

"Very Nice Service" My service person was Candice and she was super nice! She told me that she would do her best to get me in & out in an hour, and she did. The service area lounge was very nice. The only complaint I have is they had CNN on the TV and the room was full of very vocal men. I am all for the 1st amendment however in these times with the country so divided it might not be a good idea to put on the news channel. "Great service!" Infiniti has great service. Danny is the best service consultant. Explains in detail what was done to you car. I appreciate the loaner car when it is a longer repair.
