The Worst Experience with the Service Department. Avoid at All Costs! I recently had a nightmare experience with the service department while replacing tires on my Infiniti Q60RS. I specifically requested tires with a manufacturing date of 2024 or at most late 2023. Instead, they installed old stock tires from mid-2022 meaning that the tires are already 2 years old while their lifespan (keeping proper traction) is only 4 years. We put GPS on our Infiniti for my wife’s safety. Beige leaving it at dealership of Palm Beaches I filled up the tank. Got back 3/4 empty. I checked the GPS and mileage. We dropped it off( look at the receipt)22754 and picked it up at 22989. The dealership guy in charge of our car is Anthony. The car was taken north of the dealership overnight to a resident and driven extensively hard and fast 90+MPH many times. One errand ran in the car was a FedEx package.
