"Both Danny and Travis provided exceptional client..." Both Danny and Travis provided exceptional client service. Danny made sure all of the issues with the car were taken care and that I was able to get my loaner with ease. Travis went above and beyond the call of duty by dropping off the keys I left in the loaner. I appreciate his effort to do so.

"Excellent service I had a 7:30 appointment arrived prior..." Excellent service I had a 7:30 appointment arrived prior to their opening. As I waited for the gates to open I was greeted by a service associate who confirmed my appointment and whom I was there to see. In the interest of MY time he took my information as to get me into the system get my loaner car ready so that as soon as they opened I could get in and get on my way. "Danny gave excellent professional customer service to me...." Danny gave excellent professional customer service to me. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Infinity has a good loaner car program. After the service my car got a very good car wash and was ready nice and clean when I came to pick the car up.

"The reason I would recommend the Infiniti service center..." The reason I would recommend the Infiniti service center to anyone would be the prompt professional service that I received. As soon as I pulled up in my car I was greeted by a young lady smiling and asking my name, and reason for my visit. I had an appointment scheduled that day for regular service. "I have only ever taken my vehicle to this dealer for..." I have only ever taken my vehicle to this dealer for service. I have a 2009 G37 Coupe. They always do a great job, very timely service, fair prices, and I trust them! They are very friendly, and the waiting room is pleasant and easy to wait in. "Danny went out of his way to make sure that I would be..." Danny went out of his way to make sure that I would be happy with service being offered an that I understood what type of service was being offered. I did not feel like he was going thru the motions, he added that personal touch.
