"Best customer service department by far of all I've used." My day always gets better when greeted by Candice. I always feel like my time is just as important as the dealerships time. We change our cars every 3-4 years and I will stay with Infinite as long as they continue to provide this kind of service.

"Service Review" Danny Solorzano is a great Service Advisor and I am extremely pleased with my encounter and experience with him. He keeps me informed every step of the way and provide me with service options that are very reasonable. I always asked for Danny when I make my appointments.
"Service appointment" I called in & made an appointment to get my care serviced. Everything was explained correctly by Danny. The mechanical crew is awesome. I was given a loaner car which I I couldn't be more thankful for. I am looking forward to having my vehicle serviced again.
"Bill's The Best! " Bill is always professional, prompt and explains everything that needs to be done clearly so I understand...never any surprises! My repair needed me to leave car behind but Bill provided me with a nice loaner that enabled me to go about my daily chores. Bill kept me updated on the status of the repair throughout the day. Car was serviced and I picked it up cleaner than when i dropped it off! Thanks Bill and Infiniti staff!

"Great service" Chris Tyson was able to accomodate my need for service in a short notice later in a day. I schedled appointment earlier for Friday morning, but work plans changed and I had to be in Orlando that day. Called Chris Wednesday afternoon and he took care of. I really appreciate it. Thank you
"No car wash " Everything went quick. However, coming from south motors located in Miami, my car was always washed as a part of the service. I was disappointed that this did not happen here.
"Great customer service - very professional" Chris was very professional and helpful, arranging twice for an employee (Robert?) who was also very friendly and professional to take me to and pick me up from the airport when I needed a loaner at two different times during my repair.
