"Extraordinary Service" Travis made my service experience awesome. I trust no one else with the care of my car. Travis was very polite, courteous and went beyond the call of duty. Travis far exceeded my expectations and made me comfortable with entrusting my car to his care.

Although I was very upset about the reason for my service(girlfriend put diesel in gas tank), Bill's empathy for my situation made a huge difference. I do think labor was slightly overpriced, but it is an Infiniti after all and the level of service makes up for that. I also got my vehicle back faster than I expected and I really appreciated that.
