The Worst Experience with the Service Department. Avoid at All Costs! I recently had a nightmare experience with the service department while replacing tires on my Infiniti Q60RS. I specifically requested tires with a manufacturing date of 2024 or at most late 2023. Instead, they installed old stock tires from mid-2022 meaning that the tires are already 2 years old while their lifespan (keeping proper traction) is only 4 years.
