"I have only ever taken my vehicle to this dealer for..." I have only ever taken my vehicle to this dealer for service. I have a 2009 G37 Coupe. They always do a great job, very timely service, fair prices, and I trust them! They are very friendly, and the waiting room is pleasant and easy to wait in. "Danny went out of his way to make sure that I would be..." Danny went out of his way to make sure that I would be happy with service being offered an that I understood what type of service was being offered. I did not feel like he was going thru the motions, he added that personal touch.

"I gave the rating that i did because Danny Solorzano was..." I gave the rating that i did because Danny Solorzano was professional. He explained the work that needed to be done and the price as well. He smiled and did not rush me durning the meeting between the two of us. He set me up with a loaner car and he kept me informed by phone when the job was complete. My car was washed and ready at the time that he said it would be. He also talked to me about work that was recommended in the future. Over all a nice guy.

"It was a pleasure working with Danny and the others at..." It was a pleasure working with Danny and the others at the service center. Everything was done correctly. on time, and with a smile. However, I do not like to spend a lot of time filling out these types of surveys.

"we also took our subaru to schumacher for service… subaru..." we also took our subaru to schumacher for service… subaru offered to drive us to breakfast and infiniti gave us a loaner car to get us there without slowing down the service crew….obviously infiniti has the best customer service and customer satisfaction level guaranteed !!!!
