The Worst Experience with the Service Department. Avoid at All Costs! I recently had a nightmare experience with the service department while replacing tires on my Infiniti Q60RS. I specifically requested tires with a manufacturing date of 2024 or at most late 2023. Instead, they installed old stock tires from mid-2022 meaning that the tires are already 2 years old while their lifespan (keeping proper traction) is only 4 years. We put GPS on our Infiniti for my wife’s safety. Beige leaving it at dealership of Palm Beaches I filled up the tank. Got back 3/4 empty. I checked the GPS and mileage. We dropped it off( look at the receipt)22754 and picked it up at 22989. The dealership guy in charge of our car is Anthony. The car was taken north of the dealership overnight to a resident and driven extensively hard and fast 90+MPH many times. One errand ran in the car was a FedEx package. I leased the 2019 QX 50 I love the car but the dealership is garbage. They have zero customer service once the car deal is complete! They will not go above and beyond at all to help the customers! Danny Solorzano in the Service Dept. is the only reason I have returned to the dealership, as my sales experience was a nightmare and the Finance Department rep tricked me into buying an extended warranty that took me 3 months to get a refund.

"Awful service" I had really bad experience with their service. The technician guy told me that I have to replace the active cruise control sonar for 3000$ to fix parking cameras. Me: "Okay, but what if it would not help to fix the issue with cameras". Him: "Then we replace something else." I would strongly recommend Infiniti to replace this guy instead of my sonar and refund me $350. BTW Danny was really nice, he is a great service manager and this review is not about him!

"Condescending and rude" Went for service on my Infiniti to discuss some common issues. He immediately told me they would take too long to look into it and there was no loaner car. Ok, well what about the other issue with my battery? "service department not capable of fixing dan steering issue " Bought my Q70 Infinity 2 years ago and it has been in the service department several times due to a dangerous steering issue. At first, they try to say that there is no problem but most of the time they try different repairs to fix the erratic steering with none of them working. "Nice car - bad service. " Buy elsewhere! This is the least accommodating service center I have ever dealt with. They do not return phone calls. They don't accommodate your needs. They make recall appointments without consulting you. They don't respond to letters addressed to the owner. This is not my first Infiniti and it may not be my last, but I will definitely never buy from them again and by association any Shumacher dealership.
