I gave three stars because it was same-day service. Otherwise, I called to ask how much it would cost to replace a fill valve because I knew what was wrong with the toilet. I was told over the phone that it would cost $85 just to do an assessment. I had someone come anyway because it was same-day service and I was tired of it leaking. It was good. Jose checked out everything and let us know what problems or issues there was. He explained and told us what had to be done to correct the problems.
