Prompt response to request for AC repair. Tech Jose came out, texted on way within hour of request. Jose did trouble shoot of system and discovered problem. He quickly made repair and system was up and running cold air again. Jose was polite and professional and quite knowledgeable and skilled. I have been an Infinity Air customer since it was in Kaufman on Washington Street. Folks there have integrity and honesty which can be hard to find sometimes.

I want to thank everyone who was involved in the repair of my AC unit. Personnel in the office plus Jose, who both inspected and repaired were AMAZING. The ordering process for the compressor unit was long and the heat has been in excess of 100 degrees. I called frequently and the staff was very kind and professional.
