We arrived earlier than their check-in time, and they wouldn't accommodate us. It was a long walk into the city for lunch. Their WiFi didn't work in our room. They did have a free shuttle to train station or airport.

Pros: Fantastic view of the town and bay from 12 floor. Cons Rudest reception ladies that I’ve met in decades of world travel. Understandably businesses are under staffed, but the two ladies will cause hotel more profit losses than even the condition of the hotel. Hotel is old and I would ignore the Brocken bed. If you like the smell of cigarette smoke, sagging mattresses and boiling hot rooms with no fans or AC, this is the place for you!
We stayed there for one night. The room smelled but we got there late at night and just stayed there. We did even take a shower because it was dirty. The hotel is old and needs to be upgraded. We went to grab something to eat at their restaurant and water glasses were dirty, we didn’t drink water. This hotel shouldn’t be a 3 star hotel.
Staff in the front desk is really unwilling to help customers. Probably the worst service and attitutes I've experienced in any hotel.
Three things... 1 - We had a non-smoking room, but the room was rank of smoke smell from decades past. It was actually quite a jolt when you walked in. They should be educated about enzyme cleaning solutions. And replace the carpet. 2 - No hot water, barley luke warm. 3 - A woman working at the coffee counter decided to go on a smoke break while there were 3 people in line.
Loud traffic noise, no ac , everything is broken in this property. Stay away
I picked this hotel as they used to have a decent reputation but not any longer. The room I was in was in disrepair. The light was held up with duct tape, the black out shade fell down when pulled and the mattress was both hard and uneven. You have to ask for no service each day if you don’t want house keeping to enter your room, except they still come in. I could go on but suffice to say this is no longer anything but a low cost dump. I would avoid it.
