way outdated, nonsmoking floor reeked of cigarette smoke, ac was a window unit that had not been cleaned in years and blew out cigarette odor, TV was from the early 90;s tiny dirty room, bathtub is very hard to get into, about 4 foot tall wall to climnn to get in, dirty. Do not stay at this excuse of a hotel.

The staff was very, very rude. Before i booked it i noticed a few reviews stating staff was RUDE but i work at the front desk of a hotel in the lower 48, i was blown away at the way that thet treat the guest's. I made sure mt rerurn trip was at a different hotel (aspen suites, much better) plus bed was hard as a rock. These beds were obviously 20/30 years old. Stay away!

I did not like that the Room Had many mile functions, light in bathroom didn't work, hard to take shower with no light.. Beds was on the floor, to low to ground, hard to get up.. The kitchen look like Northern Exposures twilight zone.. My opinion, just wasn't for me..

Area around the hotel is full of homeless people, staff is nonexistent and, when present, are incredibly rude and unprofessional. The hallways were full of screaming, disruptive children and the bar, drunken imbeciles who leer and harass you. When we complained about the noisy children in the hall we were told by the front desk that because they “accept MCAID” we shouldn’t expect much. And to top it off they gave us a dirty room with half of the toiletries already used and hair all over the suite and bathroom. Just a disgust... read more

Had to call for shuttle several times, check in staff ignored me for several minutes at check in, Wifi and hot water didn’t work, people appear to live in the hotel and are loud and the room/common areas reeked of marijuana and they allow dogs to bark for hours at a time. The breakfast and breakfast cafe staff are great! Easy access to downtown and across the street from a grocery store

Friendly staff. Old building with outdated utilities. Heat and AC control was terrible.
