Booked 2 rooms two months ago for my family. When we arrived they gave us rooms on separate floors. The next day, my room card was deactivated. At the desk, the attendant didn’t apologize or explain, just handed me another card while talking on the phone. Breakfast is only free on the first day’s stay. Mattresses are old and worn. Window screen had a large hole, about 4 inches in it.

Shuttle to airport was handy. Service on the shuttle and at breakfast was terribly slow and inefficient. You need lots of time and patience to stay at this place. The room smelled. They had an extension cord running in the hall from one outlet to another. It is time for some updates and lessons on service... or they should reduce the price to one star.

the building looks new from the outside but it's rotten inside, the room smells so bad.

Very outdated and the ice machines were broken but convenient to airport. Evening restaurant was pricey but they did provide a $10 choice of grab and go continental breakfast, which was good. The courtyard was pretty with lighted cabanas you could rent.

Run down hotel. Needs renovation badly. Smells bad in the lobby. Called in for shuttle multiple times and waited for 1.5 hour later the front seat said just take the taxi. No real breakfast it’s just a voucher for cold food. Ladies at the front desk and breakfast area were rude and angry not sure why! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Smells like a smoking hell, even though its a non smoking place. Never going back again…

The beds and chairs sagged a bunch. There were lights and switches that didn’t work. The window wouldn’t shut all the way. There was no soap in one room. There was electrical work hanging out of a wall.
