Fire alarm went off soon as we got into room. Had to evacuate and walk down 11 flights of stairs. Room condition was not good. Smelled like cigarettes, crumbs on beds, unsafe window, top of drawer fell off. Not good. The view was nice though

First night there was a drunk man kicking our to enter. Pretty scary

Horrible hotel! I would never recommend this hotel. The whole place says no smoking yet the smell of smoke and pot reeked on both the floors our family stayed on. Blood stains on mattresses. The floor was not cleaned properly. Someone’s socks were on the floor. Dog food under our bed. Sink stops up with water. See photos!! Older than dirt mattresses. Poor service all around. This hotel needs the health department!!! It is a beautiful hotel, but needs a huge overhaul in renovations and sanitation.

William 0821 I have a emotional support animal, they refused to recognize this and where rude about it , I’m a service vet and use this animal for PTS, I did show them a letter from a certified doctor, which still didn’t matter and they charged me the extra fees, the bed was very old and hard to sleep in

the property is run down, doing some repairs. The building is old a musty, first room was dirty. The room we were in was very small, outdated with no A/C

Bad service, bad room badly in need of an update. Had to wait 1 he after checkin time. Watched some very rude checkin people. No hot water in the morning. We just left!!

The whole building reeked of cigarette smoke. I woke up after one night with a scratchy throat. Bedding was not clean. Building is old and dated. Had to wait 15 minutes for the elevator. It seems like a lot of people actually live in the hotel. Overall, very very average. Would recommend any other hotel.
