As dog parents, we love Instinct because they were communicative, sent pictures and updates every day so we never worried, and they did SUCH an amazing job teaching our lab - who is high energy, to say the least - how to actually walk well on-leash. Instinct and our dog's trainer, Casey, was fantastic! Our puppy stayed with Casey for 2 weeks and she came back crate trained, almost completely house trained and knowing basic commands (sit, stay, touch, paw, down, go to bed). She also was able to walk very nicely on a leash and matched our pace very well (which she couldn't do prior to Instinct). Such an amazing team of people that take such great care of your dog when they’re there and beyond. Our trainer Casey has been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond when making sure that we have the tools necessary for our dog to help him learn and grow. This is an amazing group of animal lovers that know that every dog just needs a little time and care and attention to make a difference.

Sarah was wonderful to work with and really helped us to understand our pup and his behavior/needs much better as well as equipping us with tools to manage unwanted behavior. She helped us with: basic command training, separation anxiety, leash manners, mastering the "stay" command when there are visitors, and aggressiveness towards children among other things. Sarah is a wonderful trainer, who was great with emails and checking up on our little guy. She helped us deal with his separation anxiety as well as many basic and advanced training techniques with our in house program. Highly recommend Sarah.

Sarah has been a huge help with our Klee Kai. She has given us consistent tools and tips to not only manage his anxieties but, more importantly, how to encourage him to relax and feel more comfortable when surrounded by so many people.
