Dinner at Brew Brothers was great. Not open for breakfast during the week. Free coffee at Yummies because there is no in room coffee. Microwave on each floor by vending & ice machines. WiFi was strong in Casino only. Pool area was beautiful really enjoyed the hot tub. Within a block of both theme and water park. Room was nice, blow dryer was broken and under bed needed vacuuming so I told front desk.

Waterloo Fun What a fun time we had with our granddaughter. The location was perfect, staff extremely helpful, and hotel was lovely. We got extra blankets, free coffee and hot chocolate, and everything clean. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained.

My hotel room was quite expensive on the weekend for a room that was very average, no amenities. The shower had several clumps of long brown hair in it which was very unsatisfactory. The room was too cool to my liking and there was only a very thin little blanket on the bed, about like a thick sheet. I was there three nights and no one cleaned the room, made the bed or provided any services (clean towels,etc.) during my stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. The place is super nice and being a casino I was prepared to smell like smoke, nope! It was great! My only negative is the shower, boy did it not have any water pressure and for someone with long thick hair, seemed like it took forever to shower.
