The Isle Casino and Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The pool looked nice but we didn’t use. The arcade was fun to take a break from gambling. Few different food options but as a heads up nothing open late at night if you are down in the casino.

The room was nice and clean having a ceiling fan was different but didn't loke that i couldn't control the speed on it. Loved the huge walk in shower and very nice bathroom. Beautiful lobby area and very nice pool area as well. The rates were reasonable,if i ever came back to waterloo i would stay their again.

Everything was great. The flowers outside walking in smelled very nice. It was relaxing

Check-in staff was very welcoming but that afternoon, when I asked for a bar of soap (only one was provided), the man at the desk was not very nice and actually made me feel as though I'd interrupted his time on the computer. Staff at the breakfast area was very nice and made the order perfectly. Surprised there was no buffet?
