I want this business to know that I am giving them a 5 star review strictly on the the interaction I had with Allison.. This woman is superwoman, she helped me with everything, was very friendly, and had a great personality. Shes a keeper.

I switched storage units to iStorage in El Dorado Hills and couldn't be happier here. Brie, the property manager was professional, friendly, took me on a tour of the facility and explained everything very well. This facility is secure, monitored, inside and climate controled so I feel very comfortable leaving my precious photos in the unit. The price here is also cheaper than my last storage unit that was in an outside facility, not climate controlled and my belongings got dirty and full of spiders while they were stored ... read more

I had a fabulous experience at this storage center. Shamus was lovely and they got us moved in the day I requested it. I just found a house and vacated my unit on saturday. Called just a few days later to close my account and they had already seen that I had vacated and closed my account, which was awesome. Good experience, would absolutely use them again.

I just wanted to say thank you to Betsy. She was the first person to greet me when I walked into IStorage. Not only was she super courteous to me but she also handle my paperwork very quickly and explained everything to me. Great Customer Service goes a long way and is one of the things that sticks into my mind when deciding if I'm going to give my business to a company. Let's just say, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my friends and family to come here. Thank you again Betsy!

Betsy at the front desk is super helpful! She made sure we got the U-Haul truck we needed to fit our furniture. Typically renting a U-Haul is a normal or even dreaded experience but Betsy made it pleasant!

Hi to all those renting a storage. In the interim, happy 4th to everyone and you have to check out this place for a clean airconditioned nice asablishment that care's about there customers. Big thanks to Betsy and Krista for being very terrific among there customer service. I would definitely recommend this place for all of my needs and for my family's too. iStorage EDH was able to find me a spot to park my trailer quickly and efficiently. The staff was friendly and super helpful. I only needed the service for a short time and they were able to facilitate my termination with ease.
