The on-site managers are great! The place is very clean and feels very safe, even in the dead of night. Just got a 12% rent increase with 30-days' notice. I am very very disappointed; what a turn-off!!!

I have rented here for over 2.5 years. Each year my rent goes up by $30.00. They use to have several carts to move your items, but now they are broken and don't work or missing completely. They don't have AC only swamp coolers the don't work on the second floor when its over 100 degrees out. So paying for clement control is useless!!! Thankfully I'm moving out soon.

We chose this facility because they were climate controlled. When we took some items to the unit at 6 AM, it was 70 degrees outside and 85-90 degrees inside. The next day at 5 PM, the facility was well over 100 degrees inside. When we asked why this was, the manager told us that it was because we had a second floor unit and the she could give us a until in the first floor. My storage was broken into at this facility and it has been a nightmare Shawn the manager is a patronizing jerkey who won't lift a finger to help he has treated me as a suspect and has been stone walling any questions I ask
