I rented a uhaul from them today, and they were amazing! I had to change my reservation, and it wasn't an issue. The staff was warm and helpful. Definitely recommend for anyone needing to rent a uhaul! Thanks again ladies!

Very clean, secure facility. The staff was friendly, especially Sean. The day we moved our stuff in, he was working alone and there were several people there as soon as the place opened. He did his best to work as fast as he could, he even ran up the hill to checkout the U-Haul for us. Make sure you set up autopay, because there's no real easy way to pay your bill. Setting up an online account is tricky, and there's a fee for paying your bill over the phone. Overall, I had a good experience here and would recommend it.

I've had a great experience storing my furniture here. The employees are friendly and helpful, and the move in/out process is straightforward and easy. I recently called them because it's time for me to move my stuff out and Sean was very friendly and explained the process to me. If I ever need to use a storage facility again I will do it here. 5 stars!

I have been at this location for almost 3 years with my limousine buisness and a few months back they got a new manager Sean, who is very hands on and always available. Just the other day I seen him cleaning the indoor boat and car storage area, he is always doing something on the property to keep it clean or improve. We rented a storage unit here with IStorage. Sean, the manager that moved us in was amazing and answered all of our questions very patiently. The entire process was smooth and painfree. We highly recommend IStorage. The facility was very clean and staff knowledgeable.

This is by far the cleanest, best managed storage facility I have ever used any where in the country. The staff here are friendly, knowledgable, and always willing to work with you to help determine the right fit for your needs. I have been a bit if a problem child with them due to my needs but they handle my needs without so much as a frown. Highly recommended!

Stay far away from this nightmare. I had two units (3 at one point) while we were building a house. It was great at first and then ownership/management changed. the owners were never there during posted hours and they let their elevator permit expire and the elevators were down for several weeks. No other way to access the upstairs. We couldn't move out and then they charged us for the next month. I was told it would be refunded, but it wasn't. Seems to have recently switched management. Facility and bathrooms are FILTHY. Got charged a $40 late fee after they changed the online payments system and the new one didn't work. They are raising prices. Wouldn't use again. Arrived with my movers to empty my second floor unit to find that ALL ELEVATORS ARE DOWN and there was no notice sent to customers so that we could reschedule movers. This place is a complete disgrace.
