This place has gone downhill over the last year. Our biggest frustration is the elevators have been down for two weeks and we can't access our second story unit unless there is an employee on site. There is never an employee on site so we can't get in. Nobody will answer our calls. The facility has been so dirty lately, along with their restrooms. Movers have left trash in the hallways and the staff has not cleaned it up. It's not the staff's fault that the movers left trash, but it is their responsibility to keep the place ... read more

I'm including my original review here to highlight the downward trajectory this facility is on. Enjoy: September 2021: These people are really great. They are really friendly and accommodating. Brie got me into a unit and back on my way lickety-split. Very clean facility. Very reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend. edit 4/2023: this place has gone down the shitter. I've been here for several years! I've never seen a business go through so many different managers and employees in my life! They suck you in with a free month and low monthly payment then raise it fast and don't stop! i have two units a medium and a large and I'm now paying for both over 650 dollars! mom looking now to move. They do not care how long you've been there paying every single month. I would not recommend. I'm so tired how much and often they raise the rent! And for what? NOT SAFE, do not store your things here. Management does not care about the security of its customers or things. The contract clearly states that you cannot use this facility as a living space. Yet there are "customers" who appear to be living there and they harass the other customers. I used this storage space for over a year and I no longer feel safe there due to the unsavory characters who may or may not be living there because they harass me.

Like many others, I am having refund difficulties with this company. The facility is ok, on the expensive side but ok, but customer service is nonexistent, both on the local sie and corporate side. I have repeatedly reached out to both and received no resolution. It is very clear that they have been paid twice, this has been admitted by them, yet no reversal of the charge. I suppose legal action is my next step. If anyone else out there has had similar issues I would be happy to include you in litigation.

I rarely leave reviews or ratings good or bad but I have to make an exception in this case. I would recommend using EXTREME CAUTION when renting a storage space from this facility. Upon downsizing from a larger storage space to a smaller one, my credit card, the card on file, was charged triple the amount due, even though a new card was provided and also charged. I am honestly surprised that the owner of this storage unit would even continue to employ Bree. There have been countless times where I myself, and other customers, have been denied access to use the bathroom facilities on the premise that they have not been sanitized. If these issues with sanitation continue, I will have to report it to the Better Business Bureau as a violation of the COVID guidelines as they are not keeping up with the sanitization of the facilities. This place is a sham. They give you a fair rate to get you moved in and in a short a few months they raise your rent. They don't even wait until a year has gone by to do that. At the same time they have lower rates for the same size units to get others moved in while they increase your rate knowing it is going to be hard to move things out of the storage unit. New Manager "Bree" - Terrible Customer service. I've had my vehicle broken into on multiple occasions. Had the gas siphoned out. Had glass broken. The last one, someone removed the Catalytic converter from my truck stored there. The Security there is Nonexistant. Bree has not responded to my phone calls to review the video.
