I was very impressed with Betsy at the front desk. She was courteous and helpful and helped me out with a billing issue immediately and very professionally. I would return to iStorage specifically for the professional courtesy she showed to me.

Betsy and Krista are pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Lighting is suboptimal. I have three units and have to use a flashlight to see my possessions in some of the units. Recent frequent increases in prices of a unit is not appealing. Also a reminder or posting of signage somewhere in the front of the building letting you know what the hours of availability are would be helpful. Prices are not that great very expensive. Access isn't ideal and he lighting sucks ass. Every time you leave the hallway unit light turn off due to lack of motion. Create a hassle when coming in and out.... you have run down hallway to turn back on. No lights in actual storage unit which also sucks ass you can't see your stuff! Can't wait to get rid of mom's furniture so we can get the hell out of there. We also store a trailer there. The outdoor spaces are SMALL. I have only been with istorage for 3 months, but they were fantastic. Krysta and Betsy were very helpful throughout the whole process. They helped us keep expanding our needs, by increasing the RV storage as well as inside storage. We are relocating from the bay area up to Georgetown and they were very helpful. The whole process from reserving sites, adding sites and terminating the sites was a seamless process. They answered any and all questions, were always professional and knowledgeable.

I would like to call out 2 managers at the I Storage El Dorado Hills at 5110 Hillsdale Circle. I have been associated with this facility for the past 5 years and have received the best of treatment from the staff particularly KRYSTA and BETSY, Manager and Asst. Manager. Always received with a friendly smile and rapt attention. I returned a Uhaul to this location. It was a one way reservation. I drove from Carlsbad to El Dorado Hills. After an exhausting trip, the staff made the return SO easy. I returned the truck a day early. The staff person updated the reservation and got me out of the office within 15 minutes. Great location!

I rented a uhaul from them today, and they were amazing! I had to change my reservation, and it wasn't an issue. The staff was warm and helpful. Definitely recommend for anyone needing to rent a uhaul! Thanks again ladies!
