Facility was clean and well maintained. The service we received from beginning to end was nothing but amazing. Both Phil and Wynn were courteous to us asked us if we wanted ewater and even held a umbrella for us when we left as it was pouring down rain.i have found the best storage facility for my needs.

Friendly staff and clean unit
I cannot be more pleased with the cleanliness, the customer service here is amazing Phillip was so nice. He showed us the property, asked what we were storing, and then made the right decisions for us to move our belongings. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I met with James and Phil at the Bobcat site. They were both very professional and very helpful when we signed in and at every interaction. Friends of ours have chosen Southern Self Storage at our recommendation for their storage needs. We will be back in the fall to store our items again. Bill V
We appreciate your customer service and the cleanliness of your facility. We still have one storage place. We had a second one but no longer needed it.
Friendly and helpful staff. I received a warm welcome and was shown the unit I was interested in. I contracted for a 10’ by 15’ climate controlled first floor unit for the price I was paying a competitor for a 10’x10’ unit. Their insurance is less expensive too. Nice, safe and clean facility.
Outstanding customer service by James and Phillip , they are extremely friendly and very accommodating. The facility is very clean and cared for. I would highly recommend, for any of your storage needs.
