Support people are important! I have owned a Roth IRA for sometime now. Today I was interested in the Premium Custody Account, it is new. Great Customer Service I called in today to get the status of a letter of acceptance that I need to complete my 401k rollover and I spoke with Francisco Mondragon and he was very helpful and forwarded my email to correct department that will generate the letter. Overall great experience

Kudos to Joshua Alvarez I want to give a special shout out to Joshua Alvarez, who helped me with my recent Roth IRA distribution. Originally, the process was extremely distressing and took so long that I left for a two week vacation in France and my request was dropped.
