Great alternative retirement option to a retirement plan. Along with BTC and ETH they have a good selection of cryptos, and the great customer service is a plus. For example I was recently charged twice for my monthly fee sent an email that was answered within two days with the funds returned. I’d highly recommend switching over to this IRA if your on the fence about switching over.

In less than 3 weeks I am up $2500. So glad iTrustCapital offers a Roth IRA. Getting in early and knowing it can only go up from here. I have been in cryptos for awhile, sure wish iTrustCapital was around when I started. The upside would have been astronomical. If you are on the fence about crypto investing. Very impressed by the service and response times while setting up my IRA and transferring funds from my current/conventional custodian. I was working with Shawn who was awesome. 5 stars for service! The pricing seems a a few cents more than the market; and moving funds is a slower process than desired. All that said, it is still the best option I found for transferring a Roth into the crypto world.
ITrust has a quick and seamless process to fund your account. This allowed me to get a good position on an asset I really wanted in my portfolio.
The process of converting my Roth IRA to an iTrust Roth IRA was basically automated and I just followed the instructions. Got me some Crypto!
The customer service experience has been excellent. I have received prompt responses to my emails, and when I set up an appointment for a call with a representative, I received the call exactly at the scheduled time. Cudos to Danielle in customer service for such great work!
