Outstanding customer service Recently, I needed to make a few distributions in order to purchase a house. Both Josh Alvarez & Alyssa Ebner were extremely helpful in addressing my questions on how to process the distributions in a prompt manner. I could not have done this without them.

A Rare and Wonderful Thing I was having trouble figuring out do the paperwork for a distribution from my Roth IRA. So I called Support and Walter was on the line right away. He spent plenty of time listening and helping me through the process. Joshua has also been very helpful with his emails and explicit instructions. Another time when I had some problems, I spoke with Alyssa Ebner and she was also so very helpful. The person to person customer service here at iTrust Capital is a rare and wonderful thing!
