Traditional IRA to Roth Conversion Had a call with Romeo to follow up on my Traditional IRA to Roth conversion and he was very helpful and stated he was going to make he sends my email to appropriate team member to process my conversion. This is the second time I have spoke with Romeo and he has been very responsive and helpful both times and based on my first experience I am confident he will make sure this request is handled appropriately.

Great customer service It is very easy to talk to a real person and they called me to let me know how easy it was to stake my Solana that was already in my Roth IRA. It allowed me to make an extra ~6-7% on my Solana just sitting in my Roth. So grateful for Jonathan's great customer service at iTrust!
