I believe that iTrust has adopted an old school way of taking care of their customers looking to invest in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. I like iTrust Capital and the fees are far better than other platforms. Sometimes communication is slow so I would say just upping the costumer service response time would help. Although I would say that there have been times where phone calls were very timely and appreciated. I just sometimes feel a little disconnected when it comes to getting account information and action.
I've just recently joined itrustcapital and am very grateful to them and pleased with the results to date. I especially appreciate the US-based call back feature system that they have, and when I did need some help with a funding question the call arrived promptly, and was handled with true expertise. iTrust Capital was easy to work with and everything was done exactly as described on their website. No hidden fees. Easy to work with when calling and emailing. I like that they are backed/insured by an A-Rated insurance company and use top notch security to safeguard the crypto keys. The trades are easy to make and keep track of. The funding is somewhat complicated and I wish there was an ACH alternative other than just wire transfer or check. Other than that I find the platform excellent!
