Awesome help from Megan I had trouble logging in, Megan contacted AT support while we are on the phone to have them send me the information so I could reset my password. Then she stayed on the phone with me the entire time while I was able to log in! She also answered my questions about what was going on with A LG O. She was patient and did not make me feel stupid or rushed because I didn't know how to do things on my phone!

I was annoyed when I called because I… I was annoyed when I called because I didn’t understand why I needed to schedule an appointment. The next available appointment was a week away. Jimmy called in response to my complaint. He immediately took care of the situation. He confirmed my info on the spot and explained how it was for my protection to make sure the funds were wired correctly.
