When setting up your account customer service is quickly available and very fast to respond. When making changes, or trying to get questions answered customer service is NOT at all responsive and horribly slow to get answers. I tried setting up call through the website and no one calls. When someone does speak to me all i get is "we will get back to you." The length of time it takes to resolve something is very concerning. UPDATE: After some phone calls my issue was resolved satisfactorily. Thank you!!!

I am glad I switched to iTrustCapital. My transfer was just credited late last night, and I got this survey the next day. I was wondering all day if I was going to get a personal communication from a human being, or not, after making a pretty substantial deposit of my funds (thereby showing a lot of faith and trust in iTrustCapital).
