I would give the company 5 stars but don't like the way to transfer funds. Fidelity for example has the ability to link bank account to IRA and transfer by app quick and easy. ITrust requires going to bank to wire funds. My bank for example charges a fee of $25 to wire. Only other option to fund account is mail check and wait 5 business days for funds to settle. Again, customer service with ITrust is great.
I was so pleased to see that my funds, which I wired from my local bank, were available to purchase my crypto within just 24 hours. Wow....what a great experience. Thank you iTrustCapital.
Just opened Roth IRA and very smooth sailing. Setting up account painless and got good customer support figuring out how to wire transfer contributions. Immediately bought bitcoin in blink of an eye . And their fees far more economical than any other online crypto IRA.
My calls were answered a.s.a.p and I was assisted by a Spanish translator.

A Great custodian of crypto assets, however sometimes server errors come about, causing issues with being able log on or trade, but also, having said that, that very issue can be seen across any platform of exchange, or custodial solutions from time to time. I'm very satisfied with itrustcapital. The hardest part I dealt with in opening up an IRA, was not itrustcapital, but the place I was rolling funds from, and the people at itrust even helped me there. THANK YOU!
Fantastic service so far. Reasonably lower fees compared to other self-directed crypto IRA's (the only type I looked at) and an incredibly simple interface to use. Anthony took the time to informatively answered all of my questions at the beginning which was quite refreshing. Additionally, the company's turnaround on documents was quick and the process was easy.
