This session was my first expedience… This session was my first expedience using Zoom. Josh C. Was extremely helpful navigating me through the process. He answered all of my questions with confidence and taking a particular one a step further with a manager to ensure accuracy. Called ahead to see if I’d like to start the verification sooner than scheduled which happened to be more convenient for me.
