Jimmy to the rescue! I submitted a form to get some money out of my account. I was later contacted by support saying I was missing something. I went back to fix the problem but still had questions and couldn’t figure out what they needed. I sent several follow up emails but no one responded for a week. I was so frustrated! Pooya Ferasati Pooya Ferasati, the Itrust customer rep rescued me from browser mania. Frustration level was a solid 9 out of 10 after multiple attempted logins using several different browsers.
