I was actually able to call a phone number. A representative answered in less than 10 seconds and I wasn’t transferred. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions in a few seconds. He followed up with a text message with his direct line in case I have any more questions. Pretty unheard of these days. I have 3 IRA’s with itrust. My kids each have one and we’re all extremely happy with the platform and the ease of making transactions and the transparency of their fee structure.
