Share the Positive! I'm writing to share my experience in setting up an account with iTrust Capital. The online process is straight forward however having a personalized representative was greatly appreciated and essential for this type of financial transaction. My iTrust Capital rep was Chad Poulos, and I would not hesitate in recommending their services to friends and family.
Unable to log in either due to bad password or invalid user name I was unable to log into my account either due to bad password or invalid user name. Called help line and fortunatly Jonathan answered the phone with a very nice and polite demeanor.. I was a bit frantic, but was reassured by Jonathan we will figure it out.. Slowly we went thru the process of creating a new password, he walked me thru using Microsoft authenticator and in a few minutes I was able to get access to my account.. Lighting response time to a complex request I realized after I setup my account that I want that account to be in the name of my trust just in case. I was apprehensive to start the process because in the past it has been difficult and time consuming. I heard back from my support request almost immediately and Stacy helped me get it completed by the next day. The process was very low friction for me, which I really appreciate.
