Overall I give customer service and my interactions with them 5 stars. I like what they are doing and they have been helpful, courteous and timely. They are very friendly and personal. Like your hometown CFP. For offerings I give them 4 stars with the potential for 5 stars. I wish they had more crypto offerings and I still cannot purchase gold. These two items will take them to a five. Overall I wish I could give them 4 and one half stars. Good people, good potential just need more investment offerings.

When I first called itrustcapital I spoke with Henry Melchor. I was amazed by his professionalism and his ability to make the process of rolling my 401k to a Roth IRA feel seamless. I was given very detailed instructions on the information I needed to give my previous provider to make the transfer happen.
