Jessica was extremely helpful Jessica was extremely helpful. I was having some trouble with funding my account with a bank I had already used in the past, but I kept getting a “Cancelled” message for the transaction. Jessica walked me through a quick set of steps, and I was back in business in less than 5 minutes. I didn’t have to wait at all either to have the call answered.

I had reached out because I was having…funding issues I had reached out because I was having trouble funding my account. Julian was very professional, helpful and patient walking me though the possible reasons for why it wasn’t working. Come to find out it was most likely because of my Nord vpn I have installed on my phone and iPad for security. I haven’t tried to fund my account yet, but if I have any further issues I won’t hesitate to call, you guys are great.
