Helpful personnel When it was taking awhile for my IRA transfer check to get there, Chad V gave me his number so I could text him and check in often until it arrived. iTrust Takes Security Seriously! I couldn't be more impressed with the level of security when I wanted to change the email address for my account. It was a multi-step process including a video call where I not only needed to show my id, but also answer my security question. Stacy, who communicated with me from the start via email, and then conducted the call, was professional and friendly, and I left the whole thing really pleased with the process.
