Costumer Service I’ve been working with Shawn Kay over the past few weeks to navigate transferring funds from my itrust account to another account because the TSP sent the funds to the wrong institution. Shawn has been very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process. I was initially going to transfer all the funds out but decided to invest more with itrust because of his costumer service.

So far so good!  I just made a call regarding the set up of my account and some login issues I was having. It turned out the login issues were user error… to my embarrassment. The person on the other end at iTrust was extremely helpful and quick with answers. No complaints other than I need to fix me!

I recently opened an iTrust account but… I recently opened an iTrust account but had issues with my 2 factor authentication method. I called the customer service number and spoke to Bruce who was very helpful and was quickly able to resolve my issue. Thank you Bryce!
