Last week I had an issue concerning a… Last week I had an issue concerning a distribution, a technical issue online.. I called the ITRUST help line which only took 2 minutes to get an associate on phone. He introduced himself as Aniah and was professional and helpful , I explained my issue which required his managers help and the whole call was less than 10 minutes and was completely resolved ...
