Secure platform to built your IRA.
I tried unsuccessfully to ask a question via contact email or schedule call , but was surprised when they reached out to me via phone and cleared up the problem. BTW, my iPad can only display the site in landscape, not in portrait mode.
iTrust Capital provides good customer service. My questions are always answered in a reasonable time frame. The software is easy to use and fees acceptable. I'm looking forward to a day when an IRA can be funded by scheduled, monthly direct deposit vice wire.
I really like having such low fee crypto IRA platform. So far all pleasant experience with all my transactions and transfers. The only reason I'm giving this review a 4 star is the delayed in processing my overcontribution withdraw. They were able to make the deadline for the tax year, but too lengthy for a perfect rating.
