I use the platform to fund a Roth IRA. The experience with support has been great. Just know, if you are funding a Crypto Roth IRA, iTrustCapital doesn’t take out the taxes you will need to pay at the end of the year. Also know the selection of Crypto assets is slim compared to other exchanges. They need to increase the selection greatly.

Easy process and good coin selection
It's great to have a hands-on approach to a 401k rather than not like traditional. Great variety of assets representing their respective categories (de-fi, interoperability, etc) With that said, I would love to see airdrops be recognized in the future, specifically for ATOM.
The bolt problem I had was facilitating transfer of funds from another provider. There was confusion with the other provider as iTrust’s transfer protocols are different than typical. On a positive note ITrust responded to all my questions and requests for information in a timely manner.
Communication was good. Email and text messages alerting me to the next steps were very helpful.
