One of the things which was surprisingly great about iTrust Capital is the customer service. I had a problem with a Roth to Roth wire transfer of funds which got incredibly complicated. That’s when Jared stepped in to help, contacting his bank, the issuing bank, and so forth, staying on hold with me for a long period of time to get group conversations going between institutions… It was really a mess but the guy didn’t give up, even though it took almost a month! Thank you Jared!
