The customer service has been great (thank you Gladis Miranda, you're awesome!) and the platform is easy to use. They still need to (1) list more coins like NEAR, (2) allow more staking—currently only DOT, (3) they need to allow coins to be continuously/automatically staked, and (4) need to allow Dollar Cost Averaging options—they currently have conditional buy/sell, but the low fees and ease of use are valuable. I highly recommend it.
My criticisms have been largely addressed in the last year. The ability to put in conditional orders for both buy and sell was one of the big ones. The addition of some of the more popular coins was appreciated. I was one of the customers asking for staking and now you have brought staking for DOT and hopefully are considering some other opportunities. Still to be determined are timely tax documents. I'm very happy with the process and idea in general. I just wish the Android version of the app would come out already. I really think all IRAs should allow some crypto allocation. Vanguard lost a good customer to you!

Tech support has always been able to help me with any issues in short order! I requested an email address change and after agreeing on a day and time, a representative called me (at that time) to confirm that it was really me requesting the change. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and on the steps they take to protect your security.
Today when I was checking my account, somehow the account was not showing my assets, and the portfolio value was not correct. I called the helpline and they opened a ticket to address this issue. The tech support team contacted me right away and in under 2 hours time the issue was solved. Very professional and very polite individuals.
