Very streamlined, smooth and easy to use.
Had a minor issue during application, 3 requests for support, all unanswered for days. Slow funding of account after bank withdrawal (6 days). Had me nervous. Once able to get down to business, site is easy to use and very clear info.
Need more options for crypto.
Read the instructions....twice ...and understand what itrust is asking you to do before you proceed. This will minimize delays. I had a few delays. Again read the instructions itrust sends you and you will not have delays. Great service, Enough said vette65

The process to transfer the funds from my Traditional IRA was simple and convenient. I did everything online on your website which was very user friendly. Once I did that, Trent from your office reached out to me via text messages. He followed up with me to see if I needed help with the transfer or if I had any questions which I think was great.
