simple set up process. support staff very helpful and timely. user interface to buy/sell not complicated. future buy/sell conditional ('limit') orders feature is a huge plus. highly recommend.

Rolled over an IRA to iTrust. Each step of the process was well laid out. Would benefit from a step by step roadmap at the beginning to take you from account set up through purchase of the crypto. When I had questions, I found the customer service to be quick and helpful.
iTrust Capital is the best way to lock in the huge Crypto gains set to come with the least amount of tax exposure possible. Their process is simple and easy to understand and a necessary part of any diversified portfolio. Best of all this project continues to grow and evolve adding more coins all the time and having recently added staking. Great idea for any long term investor.

Trent Dolabson helped me with a recent complex issue in which I opened a Roth IRA account and needed to convert some of my traditional IRA's crypto into the Roth "in-kind." I thought this was going to be a very difficult if not impossible process, but Trent made it incredibly easy and fast. I opened an account w/iTrustCapital for the low fees compared to another company I was dealing with and also because I could trade gold and silver.
