I’ve had three substantive… I’ve had three substantive conversations with folks at ITrust and each one has been helpful and smooth. The most recent was today with a guy whose name is Mo - although I and my financial advisor misunderstood his intro and kept calling him Mel. In any event, Mo walked us through the process of converting a portion of my traditional IRA to and ITrust Roth IRA.
