A little frustrating getting everything set up but such a user friendly platform and great cryptos to get in for the long term. I also like that they have gold and silver as well. Diversification is key. Adding Other categories of assets would be great as well.

Time efficient and reliable platform.
I had the pleasure of working with Trent and then later with Adam. Both very professional and thorough with their knowledge base on completing an indirect Roth TSP transfer. They informed me of how to best complete the transfer and things to watch out for (e.g., 60 day window, and taxes, etc). I wired the funds early the next day and the funds were available for trading later that afternoon. I appreciate that they provide direct customer support and that their knowledge base was consistent.

The ease of setting up and funding the account was great. Trading within the platform is intuitive. Only downside is no XRP!

I really need to be able to use my fingerprint to login and I would like to see some real work use crypto like quant, VeChain, celo, xrp, hbar. It would be nice to get into some uranium and platinum.
