Fast & Friendly Customer via text & phone! My experience with iTrust has been very positive. The app is intuitive and easy to use. I did have a funding issue my second year investing. My ACH transfer had an issue. I contacted customer service via phone, iTrust has a dedicated phone number to speak to a representative. My rep Francisco looked into the issue and got back to me via text message and phone call after 10min with a resolution.

Outstanding customer support I once again needed assistance with my funding problem and as usual, it was operator error on my part. I was lucky enough to speak with Romeo who was extremely patient and guided me to another successful resolution to my issue. If you are research this company, they have been outstanding to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

I was having problems creating and… I was having problems creating and activating my account. When I called in I spoke with Rafael. He was very polite and professional. He quickly helped me resolve my issues and stayed on the phone with me to verify, I could login into my account. He then informed me on how the the rest of the account setup would go and what I would needed to do. Thanks Rafael!!

I have been a client with I Trust… I have been a client with I Trust Capital for a short time now. Every conversation I have had with each of the techs has been a very good experience.
