Really happy with the customer service… Really happy with the customer service and support everyone I talked to setting all my accounts up they’re always helpful I definitely appreciate all the help setting up my IRA and Roth and brokerage accounts. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend this company!!

Just like the good old days... UPDATE 11/19/25: I continue to be, frankly, stunned by the customer support provided by iTrustCapital. I haven't seen support like this in a long, long time. Today I called customer support and got to work with Mo (Mohanned). I had inadvertently created and funded two separate Roth IRAs. Mo helped me submit a request to move all funds from one IRA to the other. During the process, my VPN got in the way. Mo immediately recognized the problem.
