I had an issue funding my Premium… I had an issue funding my Premium Custody account (totally my fault), but Sydney was able to take care of the issue quickly and easily. Wonderful customer service and very pleasant to chat back and forth with.

I spoke with Ayrton to confirm wire… I spoke with Ayrton to confirm wire transfer information… Afterwards he suggested I confirm with my bank that normal routing and account numbers are used, because sometimes different numbers are required… KUDOS to Ayrton… the account does not allow wire transfers…
