So far a positive experience. Trent facilitated a smooth onboarding. Couldn't have been easier. My only negative is the 1% transaction fee. $70k in buys and down $700 right out if the gate, but with 20 years to let me BTC, ETH, and SOL purchases accrue, I'm expecting a very large retirement nest egg.
Overall, it’s been a great service. I really like the referral program and plan to refer some friends. I also really like the clean interface and transparent fees. My only complaint is the time it took for my initial deposit to clear. I use many financial institutions, and it took far more business days than is usual. Since my funds have cleared, I’ve been happy with my experience!!
Easy and quick to open an account when I signed up online. They offer many exclusive perks that others don't such as zero account maintenance fee and only 1% trading fee (fair to me). Their platform for trading is easy to use and never has issues. I wish there would be a limit order feature so we can get a better price on coins we like. Good amount of my favorite coins. Customer services on point, they always reply back to any concerns in very short time. Highly recommend iTrust Capital for crypto trading IRA.
Customer service is great..Its nice to be able to talk to people in person and not just email..not sure yet how to withdraw money without being linked to a bank..Or if thats even an option at this time..
The customer service person at iTrust today, Daniel Bennett, was so helpful and gave me the time I needed to understand next steps. I also appreciate that he researched a question he was unsure of on the call and informed me of the answer on the call -didn't say I would get a later email... He also took my constructive customer feedback about taking the time limit off support calls and ensured me iTrust is working to offer much more support opening a new support team office in Utah.
Trent has been wonderful to work with! Extremely professional and very efficient. Always giving the answers I need quickly by phone and email. Lovely to have this level of support.

During the holidays, I could not reach a live person and it took over a week to get a call from customer service. However, when I got the call, the iTrust agent spent a long time with me helping me to change my email, learn how to trade on both the iPhone and on my computer going through all the changes of page to get and enter security codes. The service from Jesus (Spanish) was excellent and he stayed with me until I did all the steps myself on both my computer and the iPhone app.
Itrustcapital made the funding process very easy! Very easy to use for trades. Very pleased so far.
