I was helped by Rafael Barraza to do a distribution of my ROTH IRA account I was helped by Rafael Barraza to transfer my ROTH Ira funds to my bank account. Although the final transfer has not been finalized yet, Rafael was very helpful in enabling the process to get started. He explained everything to me that I inquired about. He was also very polite. Customer Service at iTrustCapital Recently, I took a distribution from my IRA at iTC. Rafael conducted the account verification process. He was extremely helpful and personable. After we completed the verification process he mentioned it would be 3-5 business days before the funds would make it to my bank account. About three hours later, I had occasion to access my account for another reason, and I was shocked to see the funds had already been deposited to my account!
