Alyssa is very patient in helping me… Alyssa is very patient in helping me resolve the over-contribution issue within her capability. Meanwhile, iTrustCapital still have a long way to go to improve its UX. Many options are not intuitive at all.

Got done what I needed Got done what I needed though the hoops one has to jump through seem excessive to me and the website/portfolio tracking leave a lot to be desired. I'd probably give it 2 stars on that issue but for what I needed to be done, Josh C. did a good job.
