We love J-Prime. Last night they were just not up to standard. We asked for our favorite server in the bar and they would not accommodate us. We then got an empty shrimp cocktail and cocktail sauce spilled all over us. Neither the server or bidder alerted a manager. I finally flagged one down. They comped a bottle of wine which was great but our server had no personality and was unable to open a bottle of wine without assistance. Good was great as always, but service was not what it should be on an almost $1K check.
We went for Happy Hour in the Bar, great drinks, service was absolutely amazing and the small plates were great and not too much.

We had an amazing experience celebrating our 17th anniversary. The service was outstanding—our waiter was very attentive and consistently checked in on us throughout the evening. We were pleasantly surprised with sample portions of different appetizers, and to top it all off, we received a complimentary dessert. It truly made the night feel special. We’ll definitely be coming back!
The meal and service were EXCELLENT. I will definitely be back.
