We been to multiple steak houses in downtown Austin and so far this place takes the trophy for us. Service was on point and food spot on.
Incredible service and made a special occasion much more memorable! Staff was incredibly attentive and made you feel at home. Wagyu sampler was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a high end experience.

Spent weekend in Austin decided to go our favorite place. Great happy hour specials. Andres the manager made sure we were taken care of we sat at the bar and our bartender was great. We had a few drinks and some of the happy hour plates. Had the tacos and the shrimp great flavor and on point. Never disappointed with Jprime service or food. J Prime Steakhouse never disappoints, but my most recent visit was truly exceptional. The food was fantastic -- perfectly cooked steaks, flavorful sides, and every bite felt like it was crafted with care. Had a great experience the absolute best service I have ever seen for a fine dining restaurant. Adam was the best he was so helpful with the options and really put a lot of time and care into proving great service. I definitely would request Adam again next time I visit.
The dining experience was AMAZING! We were pleasant greeted and acknowledged throughout the evening. The Rockefeller oysters were divine: flavorful and full of flavor. The filet duo did not disappoint either! The Oscar on top was full of crab and the sauce…mwah! The steaks literally “melted in our mouths”! This was the second consecutive year that we celebrated our wedding anniversary. It will be our tradition for years to come, AND for other special occasions. THANK YOU!
It’s was our first time at J-Prime Steakhouse and everything was perfect. The food, the ambience, and especially the service. Our server Adam was amazing he was very attentive, very friendly and had great recommendations for everything. He made our visit very memorable.
