We had an absolutely wonderful evening at J-Prime...the food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was great. But most impressive was the service.
Restaurant week menu was a great deal. Ribeye was well seasoned. Bisque was creamy and on the heavier side. Enjoyed the carrot cake. Downside was the mushroom side order sauce was also very creamy. Service inside from your lady was great. Valet outside was not attentive . Would go again.
Went to celebrate wife's birthday. It started out nice with them putting a balloon and card for the birthday girl on the table and the waitress was very friendly. We began with the lobster bisque and a wedge salad. The bisque had one piece of lobster in it and tasted a bit like lobster flavored nacho cheese. J-Prime was an amazing experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was top-notch. Everything felt elevated from start to finish. Definitely a great spot for a special occasion or a nice night out. We’ll be back!
We celebrated my birthday at J Prime Steakhouse, and overall, we had a great experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and they made us feel well taken care of. They even accommodated our request to move to a quieter table, which made the evening feel special. We ordered the 44 oz Tomahawk dinner for two with lobster bisque and lobster mac and cheese. Overall, a very good experience – the meat is perfect, as are the side dishes. The music is a bit loud, but more importantly, the sound quality is poor. This is something that needs improving. Everything else is really good, and the service is more attentive than in many restaurants of a similar standard in the city centre.
Everything was amazing, from food to service. Our server was lovely and had a wonderful demeanor about her that made the experience feel pleasant. She was very accommodating with helping me choose dairy free options the Imperial Martini was stellar!

Overall a great experience. Just be aware of cost before you go. It can get quite expensive. Sundays have 1/2 priced wine, so totally recommend that!! Quality was superb
