The best steak I’ve had in years! Loved the ambience and the service was impeccable.
Absolutely fantastic experience in every way! Lorna was our server and it was truly a next level experience. You can tell she really cares about doing a great job. We were blow away by the level of service. Big thanks to her for making our son’s 31st bday an experience. The maître D Anastasia came by multiple times to fold napkins and clear dishes. Our server was Beckett. Five stars, in spite of it being a very busy night, he was great!
We had a table of 7 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Close to the Hilton Convention Center. We all would dine at J-Prime again.
Everything was outstanding at J Prime in Austin. Four of us went for pre-concert cocktail and a bite and it was wonderful. From the hostess that sat us a few moments before our reservation to all the wait staff that served us, everyone were very gracious and went way beyond excellent. The small bites during the social hours were all very good and the cocktail were delish!
We went there to celebrate our anniversary and the experience was more than we could have imagined. The staff made sure our dining experience was one to remember. Our table was decorated for the occasion. The food, the presentation, atmosphere and the staff were excellent. J Prime in Austin is the place to be. The manager Marco and James ensured our dining experience was smooth and timely. We did not have to wait or ask for anything. Everything transitioned accordingly. It was a special moment.
First time dinning at this restaurant and would revisit when back in Austing. Nick was awesome!
We went to J. Prime for their Valentine’s dinner. Our server and the bar did their best considering how busy it was. No complaints there. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the ribeye — I’ve never had a ribeye with so much fat on it. I understand they’re a fattier cut of meat, but I cut off about half the steak because it was just fat. This was the best experience we have ever had at an restaurant. We have frequent some amazing places. The service, the food, the ambiance was impeccable. Then to top it off they gave my husband and I an $100 gift card to come back. We came right back to enjoy the food and service. We would like to Thank you guys for an amazing weekend. We will be back. You guys sealed the weekend. Everything was an hit ❤️
