The inspector was punctual, knowledgable, and performed a very thorough inspection with a camera. We found out that one of the fireplaces has multiple cracks in the clay tile making it unusable for the long term. This was one of the factors that helped us decide whether to buy the house or not. Impressed with the whole process. Highly recommend their services.

Great, they arrived on time and immediately started to work. They were very through in telling us what we should do with some cracks in one of the chimney's. We also had the chimney caps replaced and one of the sizes needed to be ordered...he was back at the house two days later and replaced it.
Cleaning and inspection went well. I was sent an incomplete inspection report that they fixed when I asked them to. They took some weeks to get me an estimate for the additional work that needed to be done so I ended up using a different company for it.
Went as expected.
The techs were professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job of explaining my options.
