He was meticulous and very thorough, explaining what looked good and what didn't to us. He informed us of our options and the consequences/outcomes of each option. We had not used our fireplace for 15 years and have some damage that we were unaware of. We were pleased with Dave's work and set up an appointment to repair the problems discovered during his inspection. <br />
It went great. The provider was very punctual and courteous. He carefully cleaned everything, and give me helpful information. I was very happy with everything, and would call them again. <br />
Some hurdles with the city of Saint Louis Park but they overcame them and got it done, very satisfied.
Chimney cleaning was routine, but the camera inspection found cracks in the chimney. He thoroughly discussed our options and followed up with e-mails. <br />
