Kurt showed up on time. He was very friendly and professional. Swept our chimney clean and even showed us our flue on his camera. We would hire Jack Pixley Sweeps again in a heart beat.
Job went very well. Work was performed on time professionally.
A few years ago, Jack Pixley Sweeps built a new liner and replaced it inside the chimney for my wood burning stove. It was a complicated and expensive process to replace the chimney liner, but worth every penny, as it made my wood stove safe to use again. To keep the lifetime warranty for that liner, I have Jack Pixley come out every year to clean and inspect the chimney. Jack Pixley was so professional compared to ANY chimney sweeps we have hired in the past. They did a very thorough job, offered safety and additional advice but not "additional urgent services performed by them." I felt very comfortable with their advice being truly in my best interest not a sales effort. I will definitely hire them again. They were on time, respectful, knowledgable and thorough.
