We are very pleased with Jack Pixley Sweeps. We were given this referral by the former owners of our home and have continued inspection services with this company given how satisfied we've been. Based on our initial inspection a few years ago, we have someone from Jack PIxleyout every two years to check on our wood burning fireplace and chimney. I have used Jack Pixley Sweeps for years. They are always very professional and friendly - and they were again this time. They bring their own dropcloth so nothing gets dirty - and nothing is disturbed. They are punctual - and easy to deal with. Appointments are easy to make. Prices are reasonable. The sweep that came out this time noticed that the stones in the stove were broken and replaced them (at additional cost) - but I appreciated being notified of the issue.
