Great and informative service. No mess - no fuss.
I appreciated the reminder call I received a day prior to my appointment. The teachnician, Dave, also called when he was on the way to our house. Dave was so kind to our very curious 6 year old and even put him to "work". Our roof is steep, and Dave was very cautious going up and down his ladders. Dave put a new cap with a screen and a solid top on our chimney. It was a very simple fix.
Absolutely incredible experience. Randy came out, was warm and professional, efficient with his and our time and made sure our chimney was in great working order before he left. It is amazing what a good working, wood burning fire place can do for the enjoyment and moral in the home. Because of the work and advice Randy gave we were able to enjoy our fireplace all winter long with no issues at all! Great service!!!!

Prices were somewhat high so I didn't use them
We got 5 estimates from different well know companies. Jack Pixley was the only company that told us it would be unsafe to use fireplace and that we needed to have it knocked down and rebuilt. The two men seemed as if they were trying to scare us when every other company told us our chimney was still safe and functional. Also, they gave us the highest estimate.
