I received a quote over the phone for an inspection and cleaning. The person answering the phone was very knowledgeable about the process and asked detailed questions to make sure she was giving me an accurate quote. Their price were higher than another Angie's List company which also had very good reviews so we went with the other contractor.

Appointment was 11-2, and he didn't show up until 2:30, and we had to call to find out he was going to be late. Other than that he did a good job with the cleaning and inspection. And, explained in full detail everything we needed to know, as well as answered any and all questions that we had.
Excellent. I have used Jack Pixley Sweeps for years. The owner is focused on quality. They offer a discount to get your chimney cleaned in the summer. I am very pleased with them.

THE PRICE THEY QUOTED WAS FOR A HALF HOUR WORK AND THEY WERE HERE FOR AROUND 2 HOURS AND DID NOT CHARGE ANY MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. THE TWO TECHNICIANS THEY SENT OUT WERE VERY CAPABLE AND FRIENDLY (AND ON TIME). I HAD SOME RELATED QUESTIONS AND WHEN I CALLED, SPOKE DIRECTLY WITH JACK PIXLEY AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH MY QUESTIONS.
All of the employees that I dealt with were very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. They were very thorough in setting up the appointment and explaining the service and cost. The technician did a wonderful job. He was knowledgeable, polite, on time, and thorough. He went over and above what we had hoped, and we were very pleased. I would definitely work with this company again!
THEY DO A THOROUGH CLEANING. I HAVE THEM COME OUT EVERY YEAR. I HAD CRACKS AND THEY TOLD ME HOW TO FIX THEM WITHOUT HAVING TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL.
